Bike North is again putting on the annual Easter rides weekend.
It is not the same rides as last year, some rides are brand new and some have been run in previous years. Riding is independent – there is no leader or sweep, so you are free to cycle as fast or as slow as you like. There are 2,3 or 4 rides each day, ranging from about 40km to 60 or 80km. Take a look here and see what you fancy.
Now would be a good time to consider your accommodation, Cowra is a busy place over the Easter long weekend.
There are several Motels, Hotels, and 2 caravan parks suitable for accommodation. The Cowra Van Park is close and handy to the ride launch point (and where we set up camp HQ); whereas the Cowra Holiday Park is a couple of km’s outside of town.
There are no bike shops in Cowra, now would be a good time to book your bike in for a service. Many bike shops have very long waiting lists.
Ending up on the side of a road needing technical support from your friends is not a good look.
Only 35 km to Cowra
