The state election will be held on 25 March.  The state government has a big impact on cycling, from road rules to providing most of the funding for infrastructure.   

Bike North will again be engaging with candidates, seeking their support and informing the public of their views.  Soon, we will activate the Bike North election page on our website.  Again, the election page will include; example letters or emails to send to your candidates and contact details for emails, letters or phone calls.   

Bike North will also write to each candidate, asking specific questions about their support.  We will be posting their responses on the website.   

We will also be using our social media channels to disseminate more information and encourage an even wider range of people to participate.   

The priorities we are asking candidates to adopt are agreed with Bicycle NSW and will be those pursued across NSW.
