This ride starts at 07:30:00 special start: St Ives, Mona Vale Rd, car park opposite Stanley St

NOTES: A ride for fully vaccinated Kurringgai LGA residents wanting to regain their fitness and return to group riding. All participants must show proof of address and vaccination to Ride Leader before the commencement of the ride and adhere to Health NSW COVID guidelines at all times. The ride will start at St Ives and travel through back streets, including a lap of the Warrimoo Rd circuit before heading to Bobbin Head. Turn around point at the marina then heading back to St Ives via back streets, including another lap of Warrimoo Rd. Ride distance 35km with approx 400m climbing.

Ride from Eastwood along Vimiera Road, Under the M2 and through Brown's Waterhole, up Kissing Point Rd to Turramurra, then along Bobbin Head Rd to Bobbin Head and down and up the other side to the park gate (Mt Colah side) and u-turn and return to Eastwood via the same route.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Riders must be double vaccinated and carry proof
- Pre-registration is compulsory
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
- Riders who become Covid-19 positive within (approximately) 5 days after participating in a ride must immediately advise the Ride Leader
