Ride on the M7 cycleway and visit Nurragingy Reserve to Lighthorse Interchange (Spaghetti Junction) and return. Coffee at Rooty Hill shops

NOTES:Start and finish at Eastwood station. Reduces the distance by approx 10Km, but overall climb is still over 3000 metres. Challenging ride with a number of ramps/climbs that are over 20% gradient

Ride over Gladesville Br around Iron Cove to a cafe in Norton St Leichhardt. Return via Five Dock & Concord.
NOTES:Few hills in the 1st half of ride but will wait at top if needed then ride through quite back streets of Gladesville, this is to avoid the majority of riding along Morrison Rd. Coffee break at Leichhardt, Norton Street. NEED to BRING CASH for coffee.

Ride along the PVC to Parramatta Park. Do a lap or two of the park before coffee, then return via M4 c/p.

Ride to Middle Head for a BYO picnic lunch and see the yachts heading to Hobart. Bring your sunscreen!
NOTES:Ride to Middle Head for a BYO picnic lunch and see the yachts heading to Hobart. This ride takes the scenic route to Middle Head. The ride returns to the start via a similar route. We start and finish at St. Leonards Station concourse. We will leave at 10 am sharp. Note, there may be parking restrictions on the day if driving, please check carefully. This ride will be on whatever the weather. Bring a bit of lunch, a hat and sunscreen are essential, your bike lock, and something to sit on the grass, if you need to. Binoculars a great if you have them. We will have coffee on the way to our viewing spot at Middle Head. Please note: This is not a long ride, but there are plenty of hills. PLEASE NOTE: Post the opening up date as advised by the NSW Govt, activities will be open to limited numbers of participants, who are fully vaccinated, and can produce evidence of your double vaccination with the Covid 19 Digital Certificate, either on your phone, or, the paper version.
