Ride to Gladesville Bridge, then follow the bays & foreshores around to Concord for coffee.

02/03/2019 Saturday Parramatta Valley with Yoga

A short circuit of Parramatta river cycleway and Parramatta Park followed by a 1 hour yoga session designed for cycling. The route travels through Parramatta cbd followed by residential streets and cycle paths. It returns along the Parramatta river cyclew

Starts at: 09:00:00 Hornsby Park, opposite Coronation St, near pool.
Ride from Hornsby up the old Pacific Highway to Cowan and then down the hill to the Hawkesbury River. Turn around and climb the hill back to Pie in the Sky
NOTES:PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - cancelled if raining or extreme heat - M 0428 150 453 no voice mail - for riders who have done Pie in the Sky on a previous occasion and want to attempt the hill climb as well - for riders who have done Bobbo on a previous occasion and would like to try another hill - optional shorter distance, if you do not want the extra climb you are welcome to have an extended rest stop at Pie in the Sky while we climb back up and meet for coffee - riders over 18 years of age only
