Head west along the PVC and the M4 cycleway (under M4) to visit the picturesque lakes of Mirambeena Regional Park at Lansdowne and on to Liverpool Plaza

Ride from Hornsby up the old Pacific Highway to Cowan and then down the hill to the Hawkesbury River. Turn around and climb the hill back to Pie in the Sky

Starts at: 07:30:00 Frank Beckman Reserve, Yulong Avenue(corner Booralie Road), Terrey Hills.
Moderate paced ride via Akuna Bay to scenic West Head . Bring your own morning tea to savour with the magnificent views across Pittwater and Broken Bay.
NOTES:Lovely bush roads and water views. This ride has technical descents and a couple of long ascents and so requires a good level of fitness. It is helpful for people wanting to stretch themselves. Take the hills at your own pace; I’ve rarely averaged more than 20kph. We will have numerous regroup points to help cater for a range of speeds. I strongly recommend bringing two water bottles. We will start riding with 5 mins relatively easy warm-up.

Ride with significant hills, mostly on back roads, through to the Spit, Arabanoo Lookout, North Head/Old Man's Hat. Return via Manly Vale and Spit. Minimal regrouping.
NOTES:PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY Riding according to Government health guidelines. Mask may be needed to order coffee. Brief stop above Grotto Point & will not stop at Arabanoo. Coffee late in ride. You may want to have a snack at North Head. Distance approx 44km from Artarmon. Moderate pace where route allows. Cancelled if raining or extreme weather.

Clockwise undulating loop south and west of Rouse Hill. Mostly on paths, 22km being parkland paths scattered through nine suburbs. No major climbs, but some short sharp pinches.
NOTES:This is the inaugural BN run of this Ride. As per the Full Description, the route is mainly paths, much in parkland. We need photogenic/extrovert/happy riders for the posterity database photo, please! :) Coffee at The Ponds after 22km. Loop ride to Lane Cove River National Park using Gore Hill and Epping Road cycle paths and relatively quiet back streets. Enjoy the tranquillity of the bush and river.
NOTES:An addition to the ride will be to cross above Delhi Rd via Lachlan Line's blue steel helical truss bridge on our way to coffee at Cox's Rd, N Ryde Please abide by relevant COVID 19 rules including bringing a mask (for café stop).
