NOTES:This 48km scenic ride transits 3 LGAs: Willoughby, Lane Cove and North Sydney. We "flirt" with Mosman LGA along border roads. The ride is close to our "Cameraygal Mookaboola Loop", but overall more east. NOTES:Today's ride uses the Backroads to Windsor to take us up old Northern Road to Cattai Ridge Road however we then divert down Boundary Road ( LGA border) and through Box Hill to Windsor Road. The return route is via Windsor Road and Old Windsor Road to Norwest for coffee and toilet break. We then use sections of other Bike North rides to make our way through Bella Vista to Windsor Road and Parsonage Road back to Castle Hill. The final return to the start is via Old Castle Hill Road. Total distance will be 64km with around 800m of climb. The route involves country roads and shoulders on busier roads with a combination of fast descents and long climbs. Pace on the open sections will be above the advertised average.

A Slice of Banana Pie means you can have your pie and eat it at Pie in the Sky after a spin up the highway, then burn it off climbing out of Bobbin Head the sensible side.

Keeping us COVID-safe:

- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
