Starts at: 09:00:00 Meadowbank Wharf, end of Bowden St, Meadowbank.
Mostly off-road cycle route from Meadowbank to Mascot, with a number of on-road sections that join the cycleway sections. We ride to Olympic Park then to S Strathfield then join the Cooks R. Cycleway to Tempe, then airport north path to Mascot for coffee.

Ride along Old Pacific Hwy to cafe overlooking Brooklyn with great views. Back track to Hornsby. Moderate hills.

Trilogy combines segments of three current Bike North rides into a longer ride with waterfront views.

12/08/2022 Friday Glenwood to Prestons on the M7 path

Starts at: 08:30:00 special start: Bella Vista Metro Station .
Ride the full length of the M7 cycleway. This is an out and back route with a surprising number of climbs, though nothing steep.
NOTES:Riders should be at least double vaccinated. Cancelled if raining. Coffee stop at Prestons, and we will stop for lunch on return to Bella Vista for those wishing to have a bite to eat. Check Tramsport NSW for train / metro services.

Loop around Homebush Bay with a coffee stop. Suitable for beginners and children OVER 12 accompanied by an adult carer.

Ride from Norwest on cycle routes to Parramatta and on along the river to Wentworth Point. Return a similar route.
NOTES:Ride culminates at AGM Egret Pavilion BiCentennial Park Homebush. Option to return back to Bella Vista or other nearby train stations.

NOTES:Expected pace to be at the lower end of moderate. Coffee at Post Cafe Marrickville. This ride will end at Egret Pavilion, Olympic Park (near Victoria Ave Concord West) for the Bike North AGM.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory. There are no walk-ins.
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes.
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres should be observed where possible.
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer.
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc.
- Riders who have been in close contact of a positive case person should avoid riding with Bike North for 7 days.
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require. Note that masks are still compulsory for all on public transport.
- Riders who become Covid-19 positive within (approximately) 7 days after participating in a ride must immediately advise the Ride Leader.
- Riders should not return to Bike North rides until at least 7 days after testing positive to Covid-19 or until they have a negative Covid-19 test result.
