This is a 37 km, relatively flat ride, mainly on roads which should be relatively quiet on weekends. Ride starts at Admiral Nelson Motel and cycles to Soldiers Point via Corlette, Salamander Bay to Anna Bay area and back. The return route features riding via the busy and relatively narrow Port Stephens Drive and busy section of Nelson Bay Road before turning off to Salamander Shops and along quiet streets and shared paths in the Corlette, Dutchies Beach and Nelson Bay area. Toilets at Soldiers Point, and along the way.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory. There are no walk-ins.
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres should be observed where possible.
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer.
- Riders must not attend if sick, have Covid-19, influenza or symptoms of any communicable disease.

While on Bike North rides and activities, you may be photographed or videoed. Photographs and videos may be used by Bike North for social media or promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be included in social media, they should make it know at the beginning of the activity and other participants must respect their wishes.
