Ride down to Lane Cove NP, then to Vimeria Rd, Meadowbank, west along the PVC to Silverwater Br and across to Olympic Pk for coffee. Return via the southern foreshores, Concord, Canada Bay, Lilyfield, Anzac Bridge, Cockle Bay, Barangaroo, Harbour Bridge, Cammeray”.
