Summary : Ride on the M7 cycleway and visit Nurragingy Reserve to Lighthorse Interchange (Spaghetti Junction) and return. Coffee at Rooty Hill shops

Ride on the M7 cycleway to Spaghetti Junction (M7/M4 junction). The hills are small, but plentiful. Ride more continuously than usual, since there are no traffic lights or intersections. Do a bit of discovering of the Nurragingy Reserve. Stop on the way back for coffee at Rooty Hill shops. NOTE: the only toilets are at the start of the ride and at Nurragingy Reserve - none at the coffee stop.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory. There are no walk-ins.
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres should be observed where possible.
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer.
- Riders must not attend if sick, have Covid-19, influenza or symptoms of any communicable disease.

SOCIAL MEDIA
While on Bike North rides and activities, you may be photographed or videoed. Photographs and videos may be used by Bike North for social media or promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be included in social media, they should make it know at the beginning of the activity and other participants must respect their wishes.
