Ride the full length of the M7 cycleway. This is an out and back route with a surprising number of climbs, though nothing steep and there will be few regroups! Riders will need to be comfortable in a peloton and be aware of other path users (pedestrians, other cyclists). Care on the corners is required as they are blind corners and often have debris on them after rain.
Coffee stop at Prestons' McDonalds which also provides water and toilet facilities.
