Start at Meadowbank. We then go onto the John Whitton bridge into Olympic Park and past the Olympic Stadium and from thereon we go towards Newington. We cross Silverwater Road and then follow the M4 and then onto Holroyd Gardens for a toilet stop. We then go back on the road and past Guildford railway station follow the rail trail towards Fairfield where there is a very sharp turn. We find our way to Prospect Creek and go onto Reconciliation Road and on for coffee and toilet stop at Pemulwuy. After coffee we go back via the Lower Prospect Canal Viaduct, onto the rail trail towards the M4 and back over Silverwater Bridge and follow the Parramatta River to Meadowbank.
This ride is mainly carried out on cycle paths and quieter back streets. However some of the pathways are regular haunts for glass and broken bottles. Riders ought to ensure that they have plenty of spare tubes, a working pump and are familiar with changing a tyre.
This ride is quite exposed in sections in summer, so riders should ensure that they have plenty of water enroute as taps are not that available

- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres should be observed where possible.
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer.
