We cycle around Tuggerah Lake and Budgewoi Lake - some of it is on cycling paths and some of it is on the road - some sections are slower to enjoy the views and other sections are faster to enjoy being able to build up a little bit of speed.

Ride via Terry Hills, Church Point and beaches to Manly. Ferry and train to start. Some hills and traffic.
NOTES:From Freshwater, we will ride via The Spit to St Leonards, adding 8km more than the rest of the standard route: 4km to Manly Wharf and 5km from CQ to Nth Sydney. Alternatively riders can opt to continue from Freshwater themselves to Manly etc. The Pace to Mona Vale will generally be Brisk, given the terrain and surface. We?ll slow later due to climbs, turns and congestion. Cancelled if rain likely.
