Breakfasts up to you. Coffee stops and a lunch stop (on Saturday) will be included on the rides. Details on the evening meal options will be circulated closer to the event.

Transport to and from the southern highlands  will generally be the responsibility of participants. Travelling by train is an option to Bundanoon (Be aware: Not all trains go to Bundanoon, some only go as far as Moss Vale and then you will have to ride 19Km from Moss Vale to Bundanoon!).

Participants need to make their own accommodation bookings. The suggested accommodation is the Bundanoon Hotel.

Bike North has secured an accommodation deal, in the downstairs wing of the Bundanoon Hotel, at the rate of $90 per room per night. There are some double, and some twin rooms, but they will be charged on a “per room” basis. The rooms have been placed on hold until the close of business on Wednesday 30 September.  Contact  Rachel, at the Bundanoon Hotel, (02) 4883 6005. Tell Rachel, that the rooms have been placed under the name of “Bike North”. Bookings using this deal are on a first come basis, so be quick!

Or, you can make your own arrangements, to suit yourself.

There are other b&b type accommodation in Bundanoon, as well as all types of accommodation nearby in other southern highlands towns.
