Essential Skills and Basic Bike Maintenance Course

Aimed at novice adult cyclists, this workshop will cover essential skills and basic bike maintenance so you can safely enjoy your riding experience.

We will cover bike set up, helmet fit, bike handling, emergency stopping, slow riding, riding single handed (eg in order to signal).

Bike maintenance will include changing an inner tube demo, chain cleaning, bike safety check.

Bring your bike, helmet and water bottle.
