Hornsby Shire Council has released details of the proposed route of the Franklin Road Shared User Path in Cherrybrook that will enable local residents to travel in safety by bike to Cherrybrook Metro Station hopefully later this year. The route connects Kayla Way to New Line Road and details and maps of it can be accessed via the following link :-

Construction is scheduled to commence in February 2021 and expected to take approximately 10 weeks to complete, weather permitting.
