Ride Notes for August 3rd
Depending on the day/weather, we may take an alternate route to avoid the busy Bay Run. Coffee planned for Five Dock or Abbotsford. Aiming to be at Wentworth Common for AGM at 11.30am, Cancelled if raining or severe weather.
Ride Description
Scenic access route to Olympic Park. The ride commences over the Harbour, Pyrmont and Anzac bridges. We then ramble through narrow suburban streets and waterfront areas of historic Balmain and Birchgrove. Enjoy unique harbour views from Camerons Cove, Mort Bay and Ballast Point. The Bay Run around Iron Cove Bay facilitates our connection to Canada Bay. From there is another medley of waterfront bayside routes through Cabarita and Breakfast Point which bring us to our Olympic Park destination.

All riders wear an approved helmet and carry water, at least one spare tube plus a pump.

While on Bike North rides and activities, you may be photographed or videoed. Photographs and videos
may be used by Bike North for social media or promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to be
included in social media, they should make it known at the beginning of the activity or as soon as possible
and other participants must respect their wishes.
