From Meadowbank Wharf, cross Parramatta River via John Whitton Bridge. Ride Rhodes water front Homebush Bay. Enter Bicentennial Park to view a fishway leading into Lake Belvedere. Circuit the Lake. Pass a Trelliage. Walk bikes on boardwalk over the tidal Grey Badu Mangroves, see a salt pan water bird refuge at a bird hide. Ride Bay Marker and Woo-la-ra. Cross Wentworth Point to view ship wrecks from the Promenade. Coffee stop at OP Wharf. Ride West alongside Parramatta River to cross Silverwater Bridge so as to ride East back to Meadowbank Wharf.
