Changes at Meadowbank
A number of Bike North rides use a small bridge on Angus Street at Meadowbank to cross over Constitution Road.
Having been a one lane road bridge for decades, occasionally cyclists would need to stop and give way to an approaching car, but not anymore.
Recently the bridge has been closed to all but pedestrians and cyclists.
Unfortunately, we have to put up with two new bollards but, as long as we make the "bollards" call, it should now be a safer route.
